I assume this is in Arkansas. I will answer with the belief that you are talking about an issue in AR. In AR, there are several hurdles to evicting someone. It would depend on what type agreement or contract or lease you have regarding where you are living. How often are you paying? Are you behind in your payments? Has the landlord given you any notice of an upcoming eviction? I would need more information to give a complete answer, but it is not real easy to evict someone in AR. At least, it is not a real quick action.
