Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Arkansas
Tenant signed two year lease with end date of July 31, 2011 - tenant gave notice on January 4, 2011 they were moving out by January 18, 2011. January rent was paid, but 6 months left on lease - landlord made offer to settle, tenant refused to pay anything. What can landord do?
