Given Wrong Medication
Do I have the right to sue if my child received, and consumed the wrong medication from my local pharmacy? As, a result to taking the medication he was sent to hospital and was told by medical professionals that as a result of taking this medication he could have serious and permanent side effects.

Re: Given Wrong Medication
Yes, a parent can sue on behalf of his minor child for the wrong done to his/her child.
There are two remedies :
1. You can file a case in the Consumer Court.
2. You can file a Tort suit in the Civil Court under the Law of Torts. In this case, you will be required to pay the Court fee.
