Legal Question in Military Law in Arkansas

Army National Guard Quitter
My son has decided he doesn't want to go to basic after being enlisted since May of 06. His father is supporting his decision. The guard wants him and I want him to go fulfill his obligation. He is overweight now and using that as an excuse.

It is your son's choice.

I agree that the military has done good things for young men and women who need a change in their life.

It depends at what phase of his "contract" he is; it is possible sometimes to be disenrolled.
