Compensation question
While mowing my yard in April I stepped in a 3 foot deep hole dug by the gas company's subcontractor. My shoulder was broke in two places and I have been out of work every since then. We finally found a specialist that would see me about a week later because we had no insurance and not a lot of money to pay for the medical cost. After a few painful months, and a lot of sleepless nights, and struggling with depression the whole time because I can't provide for my family. We are here, shoulder healed enough to go back to work (or so Dr. says)I still can't hold my arm up over my head: and I build arbors and pool houses for a living. This is my busy season and I have not been able to do one job and also, I have 5 kids, 2 attending college and 3 at home. I am 43 years old.
