Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arkansas
wrongful death
my mother was walking down the street and was struck and killed by a city work druck driving down the street.
they took no liability and said that she stepped off of the curb . I know that there are other logistics to this but what ever happend to the pedestrian always has the right of way.

First, my condolences on the loss of your mother. However, we have to get the right venue for your claim. If your mother was walking down a street in Arkansas, you must contact a lawyer from that state. Even though you are here in Washington, you will have to prosecute your legal action in Arkansas.
