Legal Question in Product Liability in Arkansas
Death by smoking!
Both my parents died of smoking related problems.My dad at age 60 with throat cancer; my mom at age 67 with heart failure while in icu care for cronic lung disease due to smoking. If the various states AG's can sue and win, can I ????????????????????
