Arkansas Real property transfer Q?

In AR, if an instrument transfers title to a married couple, but states that it is as JT with ROS, does this create a JT, or does it create a Tenancy by Ent. which would not include the right of severence which would be included if a JT was created?

Generally, "Tenancy by the Entirety" is for married persons while "Joint Tenancy" is for non-married persons...
