Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arkansas
The back acre of a two acre parcel that I own touches a cul de sac on one of its corners, but I have no legal access to that cul de sac. A neighbor directly next to my back parcel does own access to the cul de sac. I would like to purchase a 20 foot permanent access easement right of way across his land to access my land. The complication is that the same parcel that I would need is already a utility easement. What are my options?

You'll need an easement from both the neighbor and the utility.
