Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arkansas
I bought a house using a lease finance agreement.The seller wants me to sign a new contract with new dates and using the same numbers with the exception of putting all the money I have paid so far as the down payment. The seller told me the first set of numbers were just starter numbers. It doesn't say that in our contract. I haven't done anything yet. What do I do?
