i bought a small piece of property 4 years ago never recorded it,man dies i bought it from is contract with him still valid to record

If you bought a piece of property by "Contract of Sale", and he held the title until you paid in full, and he dies before you paid it off and you never got a Deed, you will have to proceed in "Probate Court" ...
