County Roads
Is there a state or county law about , county time and equipment being used to upkeep private roads, if there is could you please give me this information or any info that I might use

Each county would have laws about this. There are a lot of other issues such as to why they were doing this and whether it benefitted the county any. There may also be some state laws but I would need more details.
