Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arkansas
My father has left the family property to the four children to be divided equally. Is there a way to make sure that if one of us should chose to sell that a family member has the first right to buy. Can that extend to future generations.

Only if the four of you now enter into such an agreement and there was no prohibition on alienation in Dad's will or deed.
