Granting Permission to use Land

I am trying to find a form tolegally grant permission to my mother-in-law to put a mobile home on my property. The company financing the mobile home for her is requiring this. Can someone recommend a form to me?

I would suggest a lease for the part of the property that the mobile home will go on. If this is something you are not charging your mom for, then make the lease for $1.00 a year. You can make the lease for as long as the finance company needs it for.
