heir land
i have heir land that the title was never transfered and its been 40 years and some of the heirs have died how can i get the title transfered into the remaining heirs name
what type of lawyer will i need to do this

You are going to need either the original will or court document that transferred it into your name, or you are going to need an Affidavit of Heirship.
Whose name was it in? Who else has a claim to this property? What county is the property in?
