Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arkansas

Leaky new commercial roof.

Our electronics store needed a new roof. We paid Harness Roof Company $8,400 on 5/3/2000 to put on a new commercial roof. On 12/15/2000 we had a snow and the roof had several leaks. I have been calling them and they said they had solved the problem every since but it just keeps leaking.

Is it too late or can I go to small claims or do I need an atorny? Thanks--name removed--

The question is whether the statute of limitations has run as far as being able to file a claim against this company. I would need to talk to you to ask some more questions to see how you could best proceed.
