Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arkansas

liability waiver?

We are buying a home with a tennis court in the back. We are turning it into a sport court for hocky, basketball & skateboarding for use for our family. I'm positive the neighborhood kids will be asking to play too. Is there a liability waiver that I can have parents sign that would release us from liability and hold up in court in Arkansas?
