Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arkansas

I own a mobile home that is on my ex-inlaws land. There is no lien, no agreement with the landowner, but I am told I cannot enter the land to remove my mobile home. Can I legally sell the mobile home to end this dispute, or will I be forced to file suit against the landowner to gain access to my property before I can sell it?
