Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arkansas
Neighbors tree about to fall on my house
I contacted my neighbor about a 65' dead pine tree that is on his property that is in a position (directly uphill) that will lend itself to falling on my house two months ago and he has done nothing about it! His next door neighbor has also talked to him about it around the same time. I have spoken to him once since and he said that he had just forgot about it and would take care of getting it cut down but 2 weeks have now passed and still he has done nothing.
What are my rights under the law to ''PREVENT'' the tree from falling on my home? Due to the size of the tree it defintely presents a danger of bodily harm or death to my family and pets as well as major damage to my home. Can I have the tree cut down and bill him for it?
Thanks for your advice in this matter.

Re: Neighbors tree about to fall on my house
Sorry I do not know the law of ARizona. I would call the local code enforcement officer or building department and have them look into the situation.
