Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arkansas

Eight people own a boat dock on Norfork Lake in AR. One person who owns a slip in the dock has not paid the yearly fees for over five years. There is no documentation showing that we own a slip. The only record is the boat numbers given to the corp upon the building of the dock. Her boat has never left the slip. It is a broken row boat with a motor that has been frozen since the dock was built. Can we advise her if she doesn't pay the dues owed we will sell the slip and split the money with the other 7 slip owners. Hope someone can help with this question. Thanks
