Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arkansas

i own a pice of property and behind that peice of property is another peice of property that is unused and owned by some one else but we take care of that property and we are not paid to do so. do i have any rights to the property i take care of but dont own

You may have a claim for adverse possession if your use and upkeep has been going on for many years and the use is Open, Continuous, Exclusive, Adverse, Non consensual. I.e., your use, possession must have continued for a fixed period (either 7 years or 15 years depending on type and location of property), be known to the fee title owner, be used only by you, and against the wishes of the fee title owner.
