Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arkansas

Property

my husband and i purchased a home 24 years ago shortly after we were married. after some marital problems my name was taken off the house. i did not sign anything to this effect. if my husband were to die before me would i have any claim to the house? we do not have a will.
