Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arkansas

What is my recourse if properties are owned by 5 siblings, the property is considered heir

property, being told that as a wife I may not inherit, however the children of the siblings are

entitled to the property of the deceased father (one of the 5 siblings). The situation is that the four remaining siblings filed a false affidavit stating the deceased father of 2 was never married and had

no children. They quick claimed one of the 2 properties to one of the other siblings. I've also been

told that person applied for and received a reverse mortgage on the property which was free and clear up to that point. I have all my documents, marriage, children's birth certificates, my affidavit of heir ship and proof that I have personally paid taxes on the properties in question??? Is there anything I can do to have the quick claim reversed, do my children loose their father's legacy to the greed of his siblings?

Certainly. You'll need to file an action for declaratory releif or otherwise an action to vacate the deed and to establish rights. You'll need to visit with an attorney in your locale.
