When rentingwho owes for property insurance

I am renting a trailor from my cousin and she says I am responsible for the homeowners insurance now due. I do not think I am, so who actually owes for this? Plus she is also trying to say I am responsible for the air conditioner bill which I had to have fixed because it was froze up and out of frion.

Tenants have very few rights in AR and unless you have a written lease or some sort of verbal contract that says who is responsible for these items then you may be responsible. I suggest you contact your landlord and ask to put all your and thier responsibilities in writing.
