Rights as a Co-Owner of Land in AR

I am on the title of my grandmother's land. They are feuding and I want to help. As a co-owner, one of 2 names on the land, what are my rights as a land owner? They are in need of another well and one of 2 septic tanks needs to be pumped. There is a lot of arguing and I need to know what I can do to help. Maybe financially (if I can) or as an arbitrator. Help Please!!! Where do I find info? Who can I call? What do I look for if I go to Hot Springs to find assistance legally?

If the property is located in Arkansas, you need to find a lawyer there not in California. Look for someone with experience in real estate law. You could repost the question on lawguru.com asking for an Arkansas law answer.
