shared ownership with siblings

I jointly own a house in camden arkansas with four others,lately there has been a lots of disagreements.I just want out of this,but no one will even discuss it.I was told that i need an arkansas attorney an that partitioning might be one possible solution, what ever it takes. I just want out

Partitioning is a possible solution. If it is that much of a hassle for you, you could petition the court to dissolve the shared interest your group has in the property. The property may have to be sold at this point for your to receive your share. Or, possibly, if you could convince your partners that you are definitely getting out, one or more of them may be willing to purchase your share. Have you tried sending them a letter, maybe through certified mail to get their attention? You may have several options of how to get this done.
