Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arkansas

I sold my land to an individual in January 2011. The money has been paid and we have left the property, however, there is some garbage including an old boat that we were unable to move. They looked at everything before buying the property and was aware that we were only taking the power pole, shop, and well pump & accessories. The plan was to give the old mobile home away, but I have had no luck. The buyer is threatening me with her attorney about the mess...what are my rights?
