time shares

i own a timeshare that i wish i never brought.i am behind on my mortage and maintence fees.Is there any way i can get out of this and sell it or whatever.

It may be possible to sell your timeshare, unless your contract says otherwise. Look at your contract for purchasing it, and you may also want to contact the people who sold it to you, if they still have an interest in the property, or if some real estate company owns this property. I know some timeshares are still partly owned by companies that rent it out part of the year. They might be able to help you with your question, and maybe even with selling it.
