Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Arkansas

Do I have a legal reason to file a lawsuit?

I am employed at a small family owned business as an accounts payable clerk. I have worked there 13 months. During my pre-employment interview I was told that after a year I would recieve a raise. After 1 year of employment I asked my boss when I would get my raise. He told me I would get my raise when I performed a certain sexual act that begins with an ''F''. This man has also asked me if I have as much hair on my private parts as I do my arms, using very colorful terms. He has pinched my breasts so hard they have been bruised, and when no one is looking he takes his penis out and shakes it at me. He knows I am a single parent and our only source of imcome. When he first made the comment about my raise, I thought he was joking, but that was 4 paychecks ago. When I asked why my raise was not on my check he said I ''didn't hold up my end of the bargain''. To make matters worse, back in December I did have sex with him once so he would leave me alone. I know it was a horrible mistake and it literally makes me sick at my stomach, but he promised to take care of my childrens christmas presents that I didn't have the money to buy. He did nothing. Do I have a lawsuit? I need my raise.
