yes a fellow worker has been writenup for telling our company coustermers that i am sleeping with the femail dispatcher so i can get all the good trucking runs this in not true even he has been writen up he laghts about and keeps running his mouth.

You say he was written up. Does this mean there is a report filed with your employer about the incident?

A person can not knowingly say something about you that is not true to another person that is harmful to you in any way. That is slander.
