Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Arkansas
''I am unemployed, due to harassment''
I have filed a complaint with the eeoc/labor board. They dismissed it and sent me my right to sue letter. My general manager has harassed me and other women over the years. I had to quit my job, as the end result of, the general manager letting the Yard manager scream at me. The general manager said it was not up for disscusion, and repromanded me as the end result. Myself and another excoworker, want to bring a suit against him. I know this sound shallow, but it is not anything near that. We women are sick and discusted with men in manager positions, getting by with this and we suffer. Please respond. Thank-you for yourtime.

If you have received a right to sue letter, you need to do something immediatley. As you know, you have 90 days from the date of that letter to file a lawsuit or all your rights could be lost forever. You need to find an attorney immediately or file suit yourself.

if you have been issued your right to sue letter from the eeoc, you should proceed with your case as soon as humanly possible, and before it expires. if you would like further legal assistance on this matter, please feel free to email me back today with the specific details to your case/claim, as well as how many other women wish to join you in your fight for justice. also, let me know what evidence and/or witnesses you have to support your claims and hopefully i can assist you and your co-workers further.
