Legal Question in Social Security Law in Arkansas
disability
Hello,
I am planning to have both of my knees replaced within the next couple of months. Will I still be able to get disability (SSDI) with total knee replacements? I am forty years old.
Thanks,

Re: disability
Will you be able to be "gainfully employed" after your surgery? In other words, will you be able to work? If so, your SSDI will be terminated.
