Legal Question in Traffic Law in Arkansas
Hit by 18-wheeler
I was involved in an MVA on 6/30/09. I have not been notified by their INS. I have tried unsuccessfully since 7/1/09 to contact their INS. I keep getting ''referred'' to another person. As of yet I have not been notified, I am needing to get my truck fixed. I do have information on their INS (policy # and also a claim #) What should I do?

Re: Hit by 18-wheeler
You need to contact the claims department and open a claim. At that point in time, an adjuster should be assigned to the matter to speak with you.
Feel free to contact my office and I will be happy to discuss the matter with you.
