can a person on full disabilty get sued and money taken out of account automatically

Unfortunately, I get this question alot. Once the money stays in the account, it loses the protections SS income would normally be entitled to. Get a paper check and cash it and keep excess cash in a safe place. You may want to visit with a debt resolution or bankruptcy attorney about your options.
