Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arkansas

Duties of an executor

My mother died last November. My brother was appointed executor. There are two other children; my sister and me. In spite of many verbal and written requests, he has refused to share any information with us. We have specifically asked about bills, interest and dividends, filing of taxes for 1997, plans to sell the real property, and the status of her bank account. He says he will not share anything until the estate is closed. "If you don't trust me, you can get over it". What are his legal responsiblities to us?
