Duties of Executrix, heirs request information regarding estate

What probate code and pleading forms allows heirs to petition the court to sanction executrix to administer the estate.

There is no judicial council (standardized) form for this, but the relevant probate code sections are: 11050-11051, 10900, 9600-9603, and 8502, among others.
