Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arkansas

My Father passed away in Jan 2009. He was divorced from our Mother and had been Re-married for 12 years. We asked her for some of our Fathers things and she said she needed time. It has been two years now and she still won't let us have anything. There are three of us and we are our Dad's only kids. Don't we have the right to inherit his things? My Father and his wife resided in Arkansas, and she still lives there. Do we have rights to his things?

Yes. In Arkansas, the children inherit 2/3 of all personal property and possibly real property if not owned jointly with surviving spouse.
