Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arkansas

My Landlord owns the house we are living in. It was left to her by her father. Her mother has Alzhiemers and also owns part of the house. My landlord gave over power of attorney to her sister and now they are trying to take the house. Does power of attorney over ride a Property Deed?

Difficult one. If the attorney in fact has POA for the owner, then most likely, yes she has all the authorities and owner would have, including right to evict. However, such would be subject to any lease, if you have one.
