Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arkansas

If you don't wish to leave anything to your parents in your will, do you need to acknowledge them? I wish to leave my entire estate to my spouse, but if he/she predeceases me then I wish my estates to be divided between my mother-in-law and father-in-law and not to go to my parents or siblings. Do I need to have a paragraph stating "I acknowledge John and Jane Smith as my parents and Billy Smith as my brother and willfully leave them out of this testament"
