Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arkansas

I live in Illinois. My grandmother passed away two years ago. My Uncle John and father, two of her children, passed away recently. Her only other child, my Aunt Kay, lives in Arkansas. The house my grandmother lived in was willed to be evenly divided between her children or their heirs. My sister and I receive 1/3, John's kids 1/3, and Kay gets 1/3. Kay has entered into an agreement with an investor who is a friend of hers to sell the house. The closing has not occurred yet. She is selling the house for approximately 1/3 - 1/2 of the current market value. Is there any way I can stop the sale of the house or force her to pay out market value to the rest of the heirs? Thank you!

Yes. Kay can't sell the house without your signature or rather, can't give good title without your signature. You should contact an attorney asap to intervene before the closing.
