Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arkansas
Morning Law Guru!!
My question has to do with an irrevocable trust. A person has one and has been in a nursing home for about a year. Recently an estate sale was done selling all of their belongings. No one is living in the house now. I've heard this kind of trust is solid that nursing homes, probate, etc can't change them. When does the trust take effect? Thanks for an answer.......
