Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arkansas
If a person creates a will while living and circumstances change during their life e.g. marriage, children, grandchildren... if they change the will before they die which will is viable? If somone tries to force the parties involved to follow the old will say by threats is there a law for that and what is it called?

The new will controls so long as created of free will, i.e., not under duress or coercion and when the creator had capacity.
