probate with no will

Mother died, brother took over as administrator. How can I be sure he's honest. He's already removed jewerly, rifles, and personal papers.I just don't trust him. What about wills, can't find one knows she has one. How does one find life insurance policies with no information. Can he us a death certificate without my knowledge, I signed it.

Here are the steps you should consider:

1. Hire an experienced estates lawyer in your area.

2. File a Demand for Notice.

3. If the estate has not been opened, then open it yourself as an interested person under Arizona law.

4. Hire an experienced estates lawyer.
