Legal Question in Business Law in Australia
A bank account for a delaware LLC
I am not residing in the US and I am not a US citizen. I want to form an LLC in Delware. I can't travel to the United States to open a bank account. Under US and Delaware law, am I allowed to have a cayman islands bank account as my sole bank account or am I legally required to have a US bank account?

Obviously this question is governed by US and Delaware law.So,I am sorry I can't give you any answer.Maybe it has been placed in inappropriate category,I think it should be placed in "Delaware law".
