Contract agreement
After quoting an ongoing regular job in writing after 2 months realising it should have been higher am I legally allowed to requote a new price take it or leave it or am I committed to fulfilling the original quote for a period of time?

It depends on whether your quote was an offer to do the work that was accepted - if the answer is yes and yes, it is likely that there is a binding contract.
if the quote was not accepted - withdraw it and resubmit it.
