Legal Question in Business Law in Australia
as a contractor, if notice is given to terminate the contract be me, the contractor, when is the contract technically terminated? The date notice is given or the end date given in the written notice?

It depends on, amongst other things:
1. what you said in the notice;
2. the terms of the agreement;
3. the reason for termination.
