Legal Question in Business Law in Australia
i have recently purchased a beauty salon for $37000 and $3000 was good will. the vendors previous employer took the client list just before the sale of the business and send personal letters to all the clients and opened her own beauty salon and since that i have lost nearly 3/4 of the client base. The vendor was supposed to keep the client lists ssafe and now i am paying all this money for nothing. any advice
