What are the differences between the State and Territory Fair Trading Acts and the Trade Practices Act?

It depends on what you are interested in. In some cases very little and in other cases substantial sections only appear in the TPA.

The Fair Trading Acts are designed to cover areas which are outside the Commonwealth Legislative power.
