Legal Question in Criminal Law in Australia

hi... well when i was 14 in 2010, i got caught shoplifting and the manager took me to the back storeroom and called the police my parents. The police came and in the storeroom they interviewed me and it was recorded (voice record) and he also wrote it down on his notebook what i had to say and i had to sign on the bottom of it to prove that it was exactly what i said. Then my parents came and they could take me home from the store. They told me that they will tell me the date for my police caution and so they came to my house few weeks after and told me the date for my caution and so i went to the police office and got my caution. Its been 2 years and i want to become a teacher when i grow up... will this affect my dream and will this come up in my CRB check and also do i have to mention it to my employer

As you were under 18 years old and it is not as serious of a criminal offence like murder, you should not have a criminal record and therefore when a potential employer does a criminal record check it will not come up.
