Is it a crime for a father to shower with and share the same bed as his 6yo daughter

No it's not, unless the father does something which is considered to be 'indecent'. The definition of 'indecent' is an act that offends against the moral standards of persons. Acts that are 'indecent' can change from time to time, but examples including touching genitalia with a sexual connotation or any act obtaining sexual gratification.
